Central Courts
The Central Administrative Courts shall hear appeals brought against administrative acts whose subject matter is the following:
At first or sole instance, in civil service matters, where the acts have been issued by Ministers or Secretaries of State, except where such acts merely confirm, by way of appeal, review or supervision, other acts issued by lower bodies, or where they affect the creation or termination of the service relationship of career civil servants, or the military personnel matters referred to in Article 11.1.a).
At sole or first instance, acts issued by the central bodies of the General State Administration in the cases provided for in Article 8.2.b).
At first or sole instance, contentious-administrative appeals brought against general provisions and against acts issued by public bodies with their own legal personality and by entities integrated into the state public sector with competence throughout the national territory, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 10.1.i).
At first or sole instance, appeals brought against decisions issued by Ministers and Secretaries of State in matters of State liability, provided that the amount claimed does not exceed 30,050 euros.
At first instance, decisions ordering the inadmissibility of applications for political asylum.
At sole or first instance, decisions issued by the Spanish Sports Disciplinary Committee, by way of supervisory review, in matters of sports discipline.
